Uptight Sugar is an alt/psych-rock collaboration from Cleveland, Ohio. Founded upon influences of 60s/70s Rock n' Roll, Psychedelia and Electro-Pop, their style and songwriting is reminiscent of classic Beatles, Pink Floyd, Roxy Music and Radiohead, mixed with modern impressions of Tame Impala, Mutemath and Spoon. The result is an intricate mix of emotion and intention—both familiar and fresh.
